First year MD, from Bangkok. Finds the physiological values a heart pump has to meet, station by station along the blood path, with what goes wrong at each and which indicator shows it. Works from a phone: entries go in from a station on /public/heart and land in the drop folder for Non. On the sheet under Design 1, now the Design team.
Arrived as two documents in chat (Heart_Hack.docx: T1 and T2 as tables for all nine stations; Task 3 summarized.pdf: T3 with ten sources). Every citation was resolved before it was keyed: 27 of 44 T1 rows and 22 of 31 T2 rows carry a source that resolves, all 10 T3 sources do. Three citations corrected from the record (first author, journal, a missing DOI). Now quoted on /public/heart, /public/cad and the gap map. Held back as questions to Trio: the filling pressures and valve gradients, everything at the pulmonary veins, the LA pressure, the MAP range, one textbook with no edition or page. Still owed from T2: the one page LVAD and TAH indication note with the three blood paths, and the evidence on Ton's ventricle claim.
Ton's task from LINE, 15 ก.ย. For IVC and SVC, right atrium, right ventricle, pulmonary artery, lungs, pulmonary veins, left atrium, left ventricle and aorta: what can go wrong, which indicator shows it (EKG, blood pressure, echo, catheter), and the normal against the abnormal value. One entry per finding, each with its paper. 21 ก.ย.: delivered in T2 for eight of the nine stations; the pulmonary veins say "not yet searched".
Berd's list from LINE, 17 ก.ย.: volumetric and flow; rate and rhythm; pressure profiles, left and right; inflow and filling pressures; fluid dynamics and hemocompatibility limits; mechanical durability and sizing. Start from what HEART-DESIGN-DATA.md already has so nothing is found twice. Every value Cited or Derived; an Assumed value is a question for the group, not an entry. 21 ก.ย.: T1 fills pressure, volume and flow, and size at most stations; rate and rhythm at none; the filling pressures came without a source.
